Role Description

Job Description
Support day-to-day administrative operations of the Japan office.
Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, utilities, and supplies. dealing with vendors Greet visitors courteously and arrange refreshments (tea/coffee).
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and guests.
Manage visitor registrations, entry protocols, and badge issuance.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness prior to visits.
Coordinate with external agencies such as housekeeping, pantry services, and facility management.
Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Liaise with vendors for routine services, repairs, and maintenance.
Track vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
Support invoice processing and maintain vendor documentation.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety and security protocols.
