Facilities Design & Construction Manager

**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Facilities Design and Construction Manager you will be responsible for directing all phases of design and construction projects, from concept through completion, and serving as the primary liaison with local building and fire officials.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, estimator, and contractors to deliver projects up to $50M on schedule and within budget.
+ Oversee the on-site A/E contractor and Construction contractor
+ Ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code and other regulatory requirements.
+ Create and execute strategic plans for renovation, expansion, and new construction efforts.
+ Provide facility input for Programs and Functional teams to support their business.
