Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and maintenance of buildings
• Coordinate inspections, investigations, and maintenance activities with technicians
• Prepare and compile reports related to building operations
• Communicate with workers and subcontractors regarding building improvements and new developments
• Handle safety and security systems
• Respond to job requests and emergency situations as needed
• Read, interpret, and draw basic building plans and designs

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate of any Engineering course or Architecture
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in building maintenance operations or management
• Proficient in reading and interpreting plans
• Able to draw plans
• Proficient in using CAD and AutoCAD
