Control, monitoring and supervision of the IFMS agencies deliverables and providing suggestions in weekly review, MMR.

Monitor the energy consumption and water consumption pattern and maintain the records for the same and ensure the reasons for deviations.

Track all breakdowns and do the analysis 100% upkeep of all critical equipment.

Ensuring, updating, SOP’s, AMC, Check sheets, log books, Equipment History cards as per QHSE and ISO procedure.

Ensuring stores inventory as per ROL and making random/Surprise checks of the stocks for accurate record keeping and good HK in the stores area.

Management of M&E services which includes business, critical plant and machinery to ensure 100% uptime of deliverables.

Track the vendor performance by doing vendor evaluation.

Periodical reviews with vendors.

Provide feedback and evaluation record to our sourcing team for vendor selection during AMC...
