Facilities Service Operator

Overview

Join a team delivering basic facilities services, including cleaning trains and maintaining indoor and outdoor sites. You will perform defined routine tasks such as cleaning, copy, archiving, mailroom, moves, caretaking, gardening, and janitorial work.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic facilities services including cleaning, copying, archiving, mailroom, moving, caretaker duties, outdoor gardening, and janitorial services.
• Complete defined and routine tasks as described by the supervisor.
• Maintain grass and vegetation, remove snow and debris.
• Use tools and power equipment such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, and liquid or powder applicators.
• Keep equipment, indoor and outdoor industrial and office sites in a clean and operating condition.
• Receive general direction from a supervisor.

No prior experience required.
