Facilities Technician

Focused on providing maintenance, repair, and installation of basic Facility needs.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Assists with scheduled Filter Changes.
• Assists with maintaining all Compressed Air, Access Control, Security, Emergency Response, Public Address, Building Management, and Fire Control Systems.
• Performs repairs as needed and where capable on all Facility Related items.
• Participates routinely on all waste collection and recyclable collection tasks.
• Maintain facilities to enable associates to support overall Customer Service needs by focusing on building safety and cleanliness.
• Must be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Vocational or Technical Education is desired.
