Role Description
Responsibilities:
✔ Manage facilities-related capital projects from planning to execution
✔ Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor equipment repairs
✔ Implement and oversee a CMMS-based preventive maintenance program
✔ Coordinate with service providers and contractors
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and facility issues
Qualifications:
🔧 Post-secondary education in a technical field (preferred)
🔧 3+ years’ experience in facility maintenance in a manufacturing environment
🔧 Strong project management and mechanical troubleshooting skills
🔧 Ability to read mechanical schematics and use CMMS software
🔧 Excellent communication and organizational skills
🔧 Willingness to work on-call and multitask in a fast-paced setting
