What will you do?

You are the face of the location and the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners. At the same time, you make sure everything is well organized behind the scenes. From a warm welcome to coordinating facility processes—you are in control.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

Hospitality with class:

  • Welcoming visitors and partners and making everyone feel at home.
  • Acting as the point of contact for colleagues; questions, requests, and small fixes—you take care of it.
  • Contributing to a “hotel-style way of working,” ensuring cleanliness, service, and processes are in order.
  • Facility management:

  • Coordinating facility requests, from maintenance to ad hoc issues.
  • Managing suppliers (cleaning, catering, maintenance) and monitoring quality.
