Key Responsibilities
Develop and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Implement structured training programs and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
Manage semiconductor facility mechanical and process systems, including Cleanroom HVAC, Chilled Water, Heating Water, Makeup Air, Recirculation Air, Process Cooling Water, Process Exhaust, Compressed Air, Process Vacuum, and General HVAC.
Oversee the design, construction, commissioning, and optimization of mechanical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
