**Position Summary**

The Faculty/Instructor position oversees the academic components/program design and student recruitment for the program. Individuals in this role finalize the course syllabus, manage the Canvas shell, and handle grading. In addition, faculty/instructors work closely with in-country partners to design the itinerary to meet the academic goals of the program. Faculty/instructors collaborate closely with support staff to build strong, trusting relationships with students, serving as a consistent source for academic and social-emotional guidance for students.

**Essential Job Duties**

+ Before departure collaborate with on-site partner organization to understand and development international itinerary , develop/Update Syllabus and academic content, and communicate with key people in departments (Advisors, teaching faculty) to share information about the program.
