Failure Analysis Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

Product Diagnostic & Quality Center (PDQC) is seeking a Failure Analysis (FA) Software Development Engineer with strong expertise in software tool development. The successful candidate will build, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end software solutions used daily by FA and Reliability engineers across global PDQC labs for efficient analysis of NXP products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software tools (GUI and automation) to support Failure Analysis and Reliability teams.
• Collaborate with global NXP teams to understand workflows, user experience needs, and technical requirements to ensure intuitive and efficient software tool solutions.
• Design and integrate software with lab infrastructure and equipment (e.g., ATE, measurement/analysis tools) and implement flow automation and data capture using relevant APIs and scripting.
