F&B Cost Controller: Inventory, Pricing & Reporting

The Beekman Group is looking for a Food and Beverage cost controller based in Brits, North West, South Africa. You will be responsible for calculating costs, overseeing inventory, and producing control reports for the resort's food and beverage items.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of related experience, strong administration, and leadership skills, and must be able to work under pressure. This role requires dedication to food quality and adherence to sanitation standards.

Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Plan.
