Field Application Engineer - AMR & Automation (Monterrey)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on technical professional who can both execute and influence .

This role sits between engineering and sales:

• You will deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize AMR/AGV solutions in real industrial environments
• While also identifying opportunities, supporting commercial discussions, and helping close deals

This is not a pure service role.

 This is not a pure sales role.

You are expected to make systems work and help grow the business

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Technical (Core – 60–70%)

• Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of AMR/AGV systems
• On-site support for customers (automotive, logistics, manufacturing)
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Work closely with global engineering teams
• Support pilot projects and demos
