Field Engineer

About the Role (Your Why)

Due to continued growth and new business, we have an opportunity for someone to become part of our wonderful Hastings team, where you will be supporting both local and national customers. This role is challenging, interesting and integral to the service we provide to our clients. As the Field Engineer you will be supporting a variety of different IT environments, at times on‑site with our clients, providing desktop and engineering support. You will be working closely with our clients so outstanding communication and customer service is an essential focus in this role. Your professionalism will be a key strength together with your technical ability.

Eligibility: This role is only available to New Zealand Citizens and/or Permanent Residents having lived in New Zealand for a minimum of 5+ consecutive years.

Location: Full‑time onsite work at the customer’s location in Featherston Street, Central Wellington.
