Field Engineer

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Mainline Trackwork Field Engineer, to support the delivery of direct fixation trackwork installation on the Surrey Langley Skytrain extension project. This role requires strong coordination skills, with active collaboration across the Construction, Quality, Safety, Engineer of Record (EOR), and Design Support teams to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and safe execution.

Your role

Site Coordination: Oversee daily special trackwork installation activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedules, and technical requirements.

Technical Support: Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and survey data; provide guidance to site crews.

Quality Collaboration: Work with the Quality team to implement inspection and test plans (ITPs). Participate in joint inspections and ensure compliance with design tolerances and material specifications. Support non-conformance reporting and corrective actions.<...
