Field Engineer/Technician

Job Description
The Field Engineer is part of the project management team responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.

 ○ Review project plans and specifications to understand requirements, analyze drawings and technical documents, and identify potential issues early.
 ○ Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate existing conditions, identify hazards, and confirm site readiness for construction.
Prepare and maintain accurate site reports and documentation covering daily activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
 ○ Manage resources by tracking delivery and use of materials and equipment, coordinating with materials management to organize received items.
Troubleshoot field issues by addressing technical challenges, design changes, and other problems, serving as a liaison between construction teams and engineering resources.
