Field Operations Lead – Mobile Services

Job Summary:

Poseidon Cleaning Services is seeking a full-time Field Operations Lead to manage a mobile service unit delivering fleet washing, power washing, kitchen exhaust cleaning, auto detailing and carpet cleaning services throughout the Ottawa Valley.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a helper.
• Manage daily mobile service operations.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles.
• Identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain professional client relationships.

Requirements:

• Trades or hands-on field experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid Class G driver’s license.

Compensation:

• $54,000–$58,000 base salary.
• Monthly performance bonus.
• Year-round employment.
