Role Description

As an X-Ray Field Service Engineer, you deliver technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Agfa Radiology’s state-of-the-art imaging products. You will be travelling to customer sites and you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment, to ensure the proper functioning and optimal performance of our products. You act as a liaison between Agfa Radiology Solutions and our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.

Responsibilities:
Work in cooperation with Agfa’s Shared Service Centre to carry out service, maintenance, updates and installation of products. 

Maintain all test equipment, tools and company property in good and working order and process spare parts in accordance with policy
