Role Description

We are looking to strengthen our team at our site in Malacca
Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)
Based in Melaka
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and maintain equipment to ensure stable production at customer sites.
Conduct technical training for customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
Provide clear updates on machine condition and actions taken after each visit.
Follow up on customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved.
Communicate equipment status after any support provided (onsite or remote).
Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Experienced with semiconductor machinery (die sorter, pick & place, vision inspection, robotic handling).
Able to work independently with strong troubleshooting and critical‑thinking skills.
