Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician Level 1

The Field Service Technician Level 1 will be responsible for start-up and commissioning of projects, preventative maintenance, and basic submersible wastewater pump (Flygt) troubleshooting at customer sites. Product specific training will be provided. Will interact with customers.

Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate, repair, and conduct hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical testing of submersible wastewater pumps
• Basic troubleshooting of electrical control panels
• Basic understanding of schematics and wiring diagrams
• Assist with start-ups and emergency callouts
• Operating and maintaining a service truck with crane and out-riggers
