NTT DATA is seeking a Field Services Technician in Monterrey, Nuevo León (Mexico).

• Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook / printers.
• May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
• Travel may be required.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Basic client service skills.
