Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and flexible IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or when it is needed for dispatch activity‘s

Key Responsibilitie s:

Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as per organizational standards.

Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Chang e) activities for IT assets.

Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, including break-fix support.

Coordinate with OEM/vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations.

Manage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation.

Perform system imaging for laptops and desktops.
