Responsibilities

• Build/maintain positive working relationships focused on teamwork & customer service
• Sell, service, and support weather stations, cameras, and drones
• Support all precision upgrade sales and needs
• Support all sales/installs of T3RRA product
• Adhere to data privacy policies
• Monitor calls/tickets to ExpertConnect and provide solutions
• Provide recommendations on action items/processes

Requirements

• Work flexible hours, including extensive travel, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years experience in an ag‑related role, precision ag preferred
• Agronomy or technical background an asset
