The Finance Assistant supports the family office in managing its financial and investment activities. The role involves assisting with investment monitoring, reporting, and research while ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance with internal policies. The Finance Assistant reports directly to the Office Manager and closely collaborates with the Finance Division to support the family office's strategic investment decisions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Investment Monitoring and Reporting

• Track and monitor investment portfolios, including bonds, mutual funds and other financial instruments
• Prepare investment performance reports, NAV summaries, and maturity schedules for management review
