Responsibilities

Lead and supervise an accounting team (2-3 people), ensuring effective task distribution and professional development.

Financial Statements and Reporting

Prepare group consolidation adjustments; analyze and monitor adjustments for GAAP differences (local GAAP vs. US GAAP); prepare and deliver the monthly Reporting Package to the Group; perform Flux Analysis and provide justifications for main variances; collaborate on external audits; assist in the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; provide financial reports to senior management and assist in the analysis of financial results and KPIs.
