Finance Operation Analyst

Job description

HireArt is helping our client find a Finance Operation Analyst to support procurement and accounting compliance by ensuring purchase requisitions align with internal policies and U.S. GAAP standards.

In this role, you’ll review and structure purchase requisitions and purchase orders, partner with business stakeholders to gather required information, and help maintain consistency and accuracy across financial processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and an effective communicator who can work cross-functionally to ensure compliance and drive process clarity.

As a Finance Operation Analyst, you'll:

Review purchase requisitions (PRs) to ensure proper structure, commodity coding, and general ledger alignment in accordance with GAAP and internal policies.

Partner with business owners to gather additional details and resolve discrepancies.
