Finance Supervisor

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Finance Supervisor.
**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:A.
Ensuring financial accounting activities at the location are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, local statutory requirements and Eaton Corporate policies and practiceB.
Leading the development and analysis of forecasts and actual performance and operational metrics, as well as being responsible for the Plant budget process with a focus on cost savings projects and capital expendituresC.
Effective deployment of a comprehensive account reconciliation and balance sheet review process.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:A.
This hands-on position is responsible for the day-to-day accounting, month end close, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting activities maintaining forecast guidelines current and communicating proactively to Plant Controller of any risk or opportunity in a timely manner.B.
