Financial Accounting Manager

Your responsibilities
Conceptual development of the department, taking into account state-of-the-art financial processes and systems Disciplinary and professional management of employees Preparation of quarterly, monthly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP Financial reporting, liquidity planning, and execution of currency hedging according to internal guidelines Preparation of income tax returns and statistical reports Clarification of national and international sales tax issues Development and implementation of procedural guidelines Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and authorities Responsible for defining content, implementation, compliance and performance of processes and applicable documentation for general ledger, cash management, accounts payable/receivable processes Independent identification and resolution of follow-up tasks, delegation of subtasks, and monitoring of team performance
