Our client is a private equity real estate investment firm based in Toronto, focused on development and value-add opportunities across North America. With a strong track record and an established investor base, the firm is now launching a new U.S. multifamily income-and-growth fund.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst will support the finance and accounting functions of the firm’s U.S. multifamily fund. This role focuses on fund‑level reporting, consolidation, and operational support across a multi‑entity structure. The successful candidate will be involved in the monthly close process, including managing intercompany balances, supporting consolidations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. The role will also include supporting the onboarding of new acquisitions, assisting with opening entries, and integrating new assets into the fund structure.
