Role Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:  
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials for monthly, quarterly closes 
Meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations and key drivers 
Flash reporting of orders, sales and Backlog by industry segments, KOB etc. 
Departmental - cost center analysis like SGA, CGS  
Prepare management reports and provide comprehensive variance analysis. 
Support on Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews and forecast processes.  
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations to BU Finance team 
Contribute team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.  
Initiate Process improvements to create efficiency 
Support in Ad-hoc requests 
Drive continuous process improvement culture within group
