Financial Controller

Company Our client a well‑known manufacturing and construction company is rapidly growing and looking to hire a Financial Controller to join their team to lead the accounting and finance division.

Role Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee the entire Accounting and Finance department. The Controller will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company’s financial strategy and operations as they look to triple the business.

Qualifications

University degree in accounting or finance

10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience

3+ years in a finance business partner, controller, or director‑level position

CPA is a must or 10+ years of strong accounting & finance experience

A very smart analytical, and business‑minded person not afraid to be hands‑on

Experience working and presenting to C‑Suite and board‑level members
