Leadership

Oversee all construction accounting activities including WIP reporting, project cost tracking, and revenue recognition
Manage billing workflows including milestone invoicing, time and materials, progress billing, and closeout processes
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of project budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Partner closely with operations and project managers to drive financial discipline across active jobs
Corporate Accounting and Reporting

Lead the month end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements
Maintain accounting policies and strengthen internal controls across all entities
Oversee cash management, AP, AR, and payroll while identifying opportunities for process improvement
Support the annual budget, forecasting cycles, and company-wide financial planning needs
