Roles and Responsibilities:
- _**Assist with the preparation of financial plans and budgets**_**.**:
- Verify cost allocations according to company procedures.
- **Analyze, interpret and communicate cost and expense variances to management.** Investigate differences between actual and plan on a monthly basis
- **Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and capital investment** Identify and recommend strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs
- **Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies** Develop periodic financial reports and various ad hoc analyses
- **Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance financial performance visibility**:
- Works cross functionally across all departments including Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management
