Financial Solutions Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Bank Operating Hours). Location: Naga Branches. Industry: Bank Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell life insurance and investment products to bank customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with bank staff to generate referrals and leads.
• Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Attend regular training sessions and product briefings to stay updated.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
