Finishing Foreman - Dash Group

Dash Group is working with a reputable Queensland Builder to find a finishing foreman for a townhouse development in Brisbane's inner-north suburb. This is a permanent opportunity and will flow into their next project. 

Responsibilities

• Managing all finishing trades through to practical completion.
• Overseeing all aspects of the residential project in collaboration with the site manager
• Ensuring strict adherence to planning and quality control processes maximising productivity
• Monitoring on-site safety protocols and procedures
• Regularly communicating and coordinating with stakeholders
• Providing guidance and support to site staff throughout all stages of construction
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
