About the role



We are seeking experienced Fit Up Workers to join our manufacturing team at SYC Philippine Corporation in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a critical role in the assembly and production process, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products to our customers.



What you'll be doing



Assemble and fit up components according to engineering specifications and drawings



Operate a variety of hand and power tools to perform assembly and fabrication tasks



Interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work orders to understand job requirements



Perform quality checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues



Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
