Position Overview

The Bloom Market is seeking an experienced and dependable Market Manager to run on‑site operations during weekly outdoor markets. This role is responsible for completing all setup and teardown, supporting vendors, coordinating volunteers, and handling day‑of operations. This is a physically active, hands‑on position. You will be responsible for setting up and taking down the market each week, not supervising others to do it.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to complete full site setup
• Pick up and transport supplies to and from the market
• Set up tents, garbage stations, signage, and overall layout
• Work alongside and direct volunteers as needed
