This candidate will need to coordinate and monitor the daily operations of the company’s delivery fleet, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant distribution of liquor products to customers while maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fleet Coordination & Scheduling

• Plan and schedule daily delivery routes for drivers
• Allocate vehicles and drivers based on delivery requirements
• Adjust routes in real-time to accommodate urgent or changing orders
• Ensure optimal vehicle utilisation and route efficiency

2. Driver Management

• Brief drivers on routes, delivery notes, and expectations
• Monitor driver performance, punctuality, and behaviour
• Ensure compliance with company policies and road safety regulations
