Role Description
Our client in the rail industry is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to join their team in Brossard.

Reporting to the Project Engineering Maintenance Manager, the Fleet Support Specialist role is to ensure that themaintainer and the operator are well supported with regards to rolling stock technical support to ensure fleet reliability and availability.
The Fleet Support Specialist will also act as Alstom's representative directly in the Operation Control Center (OCC) and will assist the various teams on topics related to maintenance, technical issues and on-site coordination of project-related activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Based in OCC (Operation Control Center), coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor in charge, the intervention to be done following a service failure.
Document all failures and ensure service notifications are prope...
