Fleet Support/ Transition Engineer

Position Overview

Responsible to the CH149 Fleet Support Supervisor for engineering activities supporting transition to a post-Mid-Life Upgrade CH149 Cormorant fleet as well as evaluating and implementing technical initiatives in support of the Cormorant fleet within the CH149 Engineering Acceptable Technical Organization (ATO).

• Support development and review of inspection packages for aircraft parts and components using guidance material from aircraft Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Support and conduct comparison, technical review and evaluation of aircraft maintenance programs and aircraft technical documentation.
• Identify options and conduct options analysis to address issues raised by forums including:
  • Configuration differences between different aircraft fleets; and
  • Technical or product improvement initiatives.
