Fleet Workshop Team Lead – Trucks & Trailers

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Teamleader truck and trailer workshop.

The selected candidate will lead a team of mechanics and be responsible for carrying out the maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the fleet (trucks, trailers, etc.) with maximum efficiency, as well as analyzing and resolving breakdowns.

What will you be doing?

• Technical maintenance and repairs of the company fleet
• Management of maintenance records.
• Vehicle inspection (ITV) preparations.
• Garage maintenance and instrumentation.
• On-the-job supervision of mechanics.
• Organize and manage mechanical assistance on the road with selected providers
• Purchasing of parts and compare prices between different providers.
• Administration of Workshop activities (internal & external)
