The FLIGHT DECK Development Programs Leader owns the strategy and execution of role-based development programs and communities that translate FLIGHT DECK expectations into practical skills for Plant Leaders, Front-Line Leaders, Value Stream roles, Quality roles, and other critical roles.
This people leader manages a team of FLIGHT DECK Program Managers and coordination roles to design, deploy, and continuously improve multi-modal development journeys and communities—including explicit ownership of the Plant Leader Community operating cadence and leadership forums.
