Role Description

  • Primary DutiesAssuring the quality delivery of client training according to qualification including classroom systems and performance ground school and in-simulator pilot trainingMonitoring and assuring compliance to all authorizations and qualificationsAny other duties as assigned by the Training ManagerStrive to increase Instructor qualifications, as required by the programConduct quality pre and post flight briefingsSuggest changes to curriculum and courseware materials to enhance the clients’ experienceAssist the Lead with duties, when requestedAssure all paperwork/electronic records are completed accurately and in a timely mannerOther duties, as assigned by the Training Manager
