Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Manager based in Bengaluru. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless experience for customers. Duties include supervising staff performance, managing overall workflow, addressing customer needs, and identifying areas for efficiency improvements. The Floor Manager will also contribute to staff training and uphold standards of excellence in customer interactions.
