Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dealership service department. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
Prepare repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
Communicate between technicians and customers regarding vehicle status and required repairs
