Forecasting & Workforce Planner – Call Center

Alta Resources Corp. is seeking a skilled professional for a role focused on workforce management in the call center environment. Responsible for forecasting staffing needs, you will work with Program Directors and manage data analytics using Aspect eWorkforce Management software.
