Job description: Financial Controller - Group Subsidiaries | Hybrid Work Model. We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee the economic and financial management of several subsidiaries within Grupo Roca. Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or prepare budgets, including variance analysis.
• Analyse and control financial information reported to HQ (monthly reporting & annual closing).
• Establish and monitor transfer prices and ensure proper fiscal documentation.
• Manage financial matters in collaboration with subsidiary admin-finance teams.
• Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Participate in ERP implementation projects across the Group.
