Foreman

The ranch foreman’s primary role is oversight and direction of day-to-day operations at the ranch. This is an essential part of our team, who works in collaboration with Ranch Manager and Area Manager to ensure the overall care and maintenance of ranch grounds is met. The ideal candidate will lead and carry out daily farm activities with the assistance of FLC crew in a safe and efficient manner.

**Position Responsibilities:**

**Essential Responsibilities: 50%**

+ Oversee, communicate, and direct farm employee crew in a positive way to succeed and produce results.
+ Maintain safe work practices.
+ In collaboration with Ranch Manager, assist in the direction and coordination of the overall operations of the ranch including maintenance, irrigation, pesticide application, and harvesting.
