What we do

At Joy_, we're building the foundational layer for AI Commerce. We've built the first vision-based commerce infrastructure in the world. Our AI agents navigate the open web the way humans do and execute the full e-commerce value chain end-to-end: sourcing, checkout, payment, fulfillment, customer care, returns. Across any shop. Without merchant contracts, APIs, or closed networks.

This is our Universal Purchasing Infrastructure. It turns the entire internet into programmable commerce supply for AI agents and the platforms running on top of them.

Our first product on top of it: a universal gift card redeemable for any physical product online. It's already profitable, expanding across major retail (MediaMarkt Saturn, Deutsche Post, Thalia, dm, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka) and the largest digital loyalty platforms in DACH (Payback, DeutschlandCard, Miles & More).
