Founding Engineer

About the role

We are hiring one founding engineer who ships faster with AI than most teams ship in a month. Not a specialist in a lane, but a builder who takes a product from zero to one hundred and owns every layer to get there.

At Pisteyo we build AI products, for our clients and for ourselves. We want someone who treats AI as their primary way of building, not a sidekick, and who already lives in the modern toolchain.

What you will do

• Use AI agents to write and ship production code at a pace that surprises people, and know exactly which tools, repos, skills and hacks to reach for.
• - Own the cloud end to end. Stand up infra, CI/CD and deploys yourself, without waiting on anyone.
• - Orchestrate Playwright and automated testing smartly, so moving fast never costs reliability.
• - Read every line the machine writes and catch the hallucinated APIs, silent logic bugs and security gaps.
